Okinawan Festival 2024 Hawaii Schedule. The 42nd annual okinawan festival will be held on august 31 & september 1, 2024. We are no longer accepting requests for outside vendors.
The parking lot tends to get full by 9:30am, so we recommend coming early. The okinawan festival is hosted by the united okinawan society and is the largest japanese festival of the year!
